エアアジアのオフィスにいったけれど、本当にみんな面白くて
五分歩けば何度ハグされるか、何度お尻を触られるか、みたいなかんじでした（笑）
勿論私じゃなくて案内してくれた人がね！
みんな忙しくて部署によっては結構残業もあるという。
でも、そんな辛さを一言も感じないくらい
廊下のところどころでハグがみられたり、カジュアルな会話が続いてるし、何よりみんながすごく笑顔で元気。
In the office of Air Asia headquarter, I found everyone is really fun, funky, and funny.
I don't know how many times my coordinator has touched her bump,,,(just in case you are wondering they are just joking around. Lol)
They work hard ,they are busy, sometimes they work late.
But I saw many hugs and heard many casual conversation while I was there. Never thought they are tired. What's more, they are smiling!
社内を説明していただいて感じたのは、社員を大切に使用としている事。
まずは社内募集をかけて昇進させることはもちろん、社員を"オールスター"と呼ぶ。最近インターネット上でユーザーと呼ぶ事に疑問を投げかける記事が回っていたけれど、呼び方って結構大切だと思うのです。
あと、デザイナーなども外部から雇わずに全部インハウスで行ってるらしい。
またペーパーレスがスゴく進んでいて、資料が山積みになってるシーンはあまりみなかった。
This company take cares of staff very well.
many chances of promotions, challenge are provided everywhere, and they call staff as "ALL-STARS".I think they way they call is very important.
Also they don't outsourse many jobs. They do have designers division, social media planner division, magazine division inside.
一つ印象に残ったのは、CSR活動について。
３つのCSRの柱のうち一つが「反人身売買」。
マレーシアのように進んだ国にも人身売買ってあるの？と聞いたら、マレーシアはタイやミャンマーベトナムの女性、子供たちの人身売買のハブになっているという調査結果があったそうです。(ちなみに調べると2007年には人身売買禁止法が制定されている様子。)
クアラルンプールの発展した様子からそんなこと考えつかなくてすごくショックだった。
でも、人身売買に使われる飛行機がそうやって反対の立場をとることが、少しでも減らしていく事を信じたい。
前に読んだタイの人身売買に関する小説「闇の子供たち」を思い出した。
江口洋介や宮﨑あおい主演の映画にもなったもの。怖すぎるけれど、大学生の私に社会の不均等さを教えてくれた本。よかったらぜひ読んでみてね！
Their CSR activity left an impression on me.
One of their activities is about anti-human trafficking.
I was surprised and asked if there are those incidents here in malaysia, and found out that it is quiet known for being hub between other asian countries.
I had never thought of the fact from the big city from Kuala Lumpur.
I hope there will be less numbers of the incidents, when the main transportation(=air plane company) deny the human traffic.
さてさてさて、話は戻ってエアアジアのオフィス見学はこれにて終了。オフィスは空港の近くにあるので、市内へ一時間くらいかけて戻ります。渋滞がすごいんだなーこれが。
また、最終日にひかえたアニバーサリパーティがビーチで行われると聞いて焦っていたのであります。
ドレス、、、、シルクだし、、、、!！
バッグも靴も、レザーだし、、、、!！
というわけでKLCCとPavillionというモールへ、ショッピングに繰り出すのでした。
The office tour has finished, now I am off to shopping.
I need to head back to city to get a dress for anniversary party, which would be held at beach on the last day of my staying.
I did not know the place, so I brought silk dress with leather bag and leather high heels.

The KLCC is the big shopping center with big american ,european, japanese brands.

結構質のいい、安っぽくなくてデザインのいい靴が89-130RG(2000-4000円)位で買えるの！
今回は２足買いました。２年前は4足買ったので、今回は抑えました♫
基本夏用しかないけれど、たまにブーツもあるよ★
The shoe store Vincci. The shoes are so cute and affordable, with a good quality for the price. It is not cheesy compared to the price. It's about US$23-45.
I got two this time. Last time I was in Malaysia 2 years ago , I got 4 of those so I think I managed well.
買った一足は翌日のパーティで早速履きました。
砂浜って聞いたからウェッジソールにしたの。普段使いもこういうパーティ使いもできそうで、お気に入りです！
Here is one of these shoes I got .. I wore at party next day. I picked the platform sandal that I could use on the beach too.
紙袋もゴージャスでしょ。 Their paper bag is also gorgeous!
アクセサリーは靴程お手頃ではないけれど、それでもめっちゃかわいい。
これもお土産含めいくつも買っちゃいましたー！
韓国で作ってるんだよね。ビジネスモデルが気になります。
Accessories are also very cute. I got some- They are made in Korea. I'm curious about their business model.

Muslim girls coordinate the color of hijab and the cloth. They are more fashionable than we know. It just makes me aware how I only know about western fashion.
中華系、インド系、マレー系、アラブ系,,,,,マレーシアには多様性があるからか、Shoppingは結構楽しめます。
新興国だと他の国のブランドが入っていたり、コピー品だけだったり、デザインに独自性がなかったりするのだけれど、マレーシアはデザインやクリエイティブにも一足先に行っているという印象です。
それはもうマレーシアが新興国というより先進国といえるからだろうな。
Chinese, Indian, Malay, Arabian... because of the diversity in Malaysia , you can enjoy shopping very much there.
Shopping scenes in many developing countries, the brands are just from U.S. and Europe , and not much from local. But here in Malaysia I felt more than that. I sew local creative brands in the department store.
Maybe it is because Malaysia is no more than developing country, as far as I see in the shopping scene in KL.
